act444 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. The following eligibility criteria apply to all users without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
• act444 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any stage to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
• Knowingly providing false age or identity information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual may register and operate exactly one (1) account on act444. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.
• You are prohibited from registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using information belonging to another person.
• Any account found to be a duplicate will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

• act444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason.
• Account sharing — permitting another person to access or operate your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on act444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. act444 may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your act444 balance upon confirmed receipt. act444 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. act444 reserves the right to verify the ownership of any wallet before processing a withdrawal.
• act444 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a wallet registered in your own name.
• act444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any transaction it deems suspicious, which may delay processing.
• act444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

act444 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. Once bonus funds are exhausted, real-money funds will be used for wagering.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Only the original deposited cash balance (less any amount already withdrawn) will be released.
• act444 reserves the right to void any bonus and the winnings associated with it if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.
• act444 may modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Maximum bet limits while playing with active bonus funds may apply and will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding these limits while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on act444, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and fishing titles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. act444 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in cases of an obvious technical error on the Platform.
• act444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a technical or human error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or software malfunctions.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records held on act444's servers shall be considered the definitive record of the transaction.
• act444 reserves the right to set maximum bet and maximum payout limits on any market, game, or event. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Live in-play betting is subject to network latency. act444 accepts no liability for bets rejected due to market suspension, odds changes, or connection interruptions experienced on the user's end.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section. Settlement follows the official result announced by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

act444 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or co-ordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing act444 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with act444's backend systems, APIs, or game servers.

act444 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold all balances pending investigation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your act444 account credentials. act444 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. Specifically:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your act444 account and must not reuse a password from another service.
• You must not disclose your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) to any other person under any circumstances, including in response to any communication claiming to be from act444 support.
• act444 support staff will never ask for your full password via any channel.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify act444 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• act444 reserves the right to lock an account if it detects unusual login activity, pending verification of account ownership.

act444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its user base. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is causing financial or personal harm are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account settings panel.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond act444's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in this clause limits act444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

act444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, act444 will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all interpretations and disputes. In the event of any conflict between an English version of this Agreement and any translation, the English version shall prevail. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and act444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
